Do you offer a Return Policy & is it applicable on COD ?

Yes, we do offer a 30 days Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% sure that you can install Mirdana. products on your device, simply email us with the reasons for your return. Once we confirm your request, return us the entire package in an unused and resalable condition for a refund. The packaging and its contents have to be in the same condition as received. There will be no refunds for packages which are returned without email confirmation. There will also be no refunds for products which are used partially or fully or damaged.

Please note that there will be a deduction of Rs.100 (US$ 1.99) as restocking fee from the refunds for each ordered item. Any shipping, or handling charges paid will not be part of the refunds. In cases where packages are refused at the time of delivery, there will be an additional charge of Rs.100 which will be deducted over and above any restocking fee applicable on your refunds. There will be a deduction of Rs. 250 for devices like laptops, Macbooks, Playstations (devices apart from mobiles and earbuds). This is to cover the shipping fee which we initially bear on behalf of the customers as Free and the return shipping fees that our shipping partners charge us for each package. Refunds are NOT applicable for orders placed through Cash On Delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

Can I cancel the order before delivery?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order placement only if it has not been shipped. Once orders are shipped, refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned package from your side.

In cases where packages are refused at the time of delivery or returned due to consignee unavailability, there will be a charge of Rs.120 which will be deducted as a restocking fee from your refunds. How do I return the package and who pays for the return shipping?

If you are unsure of the product and want to return it back to us, email us with the reason of your return. Add necessary images of the product and the package received for verification. Once we confirm your request, return us the entire package in an unused and resalable condition. There will be no refunds for packages which are returned without email confirmation.

Please note there will be a charge of Rs.60 which will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the initial shipping fee which we bear on behalf of the customers as free shipping.

Can I get a replacement if I have placed a wrong order?

If you have placed an order for the wrong product and want a replacement, you will have to return the initial package to us in an unused condition. Email us with the reason of your return and add necessary images of the product and the package received for verification. Once we confirm your request, return us the entire package. There will be no replacement for packages which are returned without email confirmation.

Replacement reshipping will be processed after collection of reshipping fee of Rs.75 which is to be borne by the customer. For Products like Laptops, MacBooks, PlayStations (devices apart from mobiles and earbuds), there will be a reshipping fee of Rs. 150 collected from the Customer to resend the correct order.

How much time will it take for my refunds to show up?

Once we receive your returned package, your refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once the refund has been processed, allow 6-7 business days for it to show up in your original payment source used. In some cases, it may take around 10-12 business days for the refunds to get credited in your payment source.

What will be the mode of refunds?

Your refunds will be sent to the original payment source used by you at the time of placing your order. For example, if you had used a credit card to make your payment, your refund will be sent to your credit card.

Is refund possible for Cash on Delivery Product?
